Request a different language for a user
Describes the steps for having the environment language for an employee changed
Suppose you have one or more employees who require a different language setting than the default language configured for the environment. You can submit a request to McMain Support, and ask to have the language changed for the relevant employee(s).
The languages we currently support are:
- Dutch
- French
- German
- English
To process a request to change the language, we need the following information:
- Environment code (starts with MC.... and is mentioned in McMain Online upper left side)
- Employee code(s)
- Preferred language
After McMain Support receives the request, they will process it and notify you once the change has been made.
